Mayor Making Ceremony
Annual Mayor Making Ceremony 14th May

This wonderful event is one of the high points of the Lyme
Regis social calender. After the Mayoral Election, which this year
reinstalled Cllr Sally Holman for a second term, come the toasts and
speeches, which besides having a serious intent in establishing the work
and focus of the Council for the year ahead, are always humorous with a
light hearted aspect. This is Lyme Regis celebrating itself and its
continuing magnificent acheivements. Pip Evans interviews Sally Holman and
Lyme 'living legend' Barbara Austin, followed by Mike Lewis with our two
new staff members at the Power Boat Club Reception after the event.
